(1) A bird take a dump while flying over an intersection (have seen the results on cars before, but don’t think I’ve ever actually seen the bomb drop, so to speak)

(2) A parking meter attendant standing in front of a meter with 3 minutes left, just waiting to be there the second it expires to hand out a ticket (HARSH)

(3) A crazy-looking math grad student singing and dancing to the music in his/her car at the ATM (Okay, okay, that one was me.  You’re welcome, any Bank of America employee that ever has to review that security camera footage.  Glad to entertain you.  But I bet that’s not the weirdest thing you’ll see on those videos.)
