Mix eggs, baking soda, baking powder, vanilla, and milk. Add to sugar mixture. Add flour until dough is stiff.<\/li>\n<li>Add desired fixn&#8217;s to dough.<\/li>\n<li>Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet.
